Typographical and Photographical Errors: In the event that a Vectran Vintage product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vectran Vintage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vectran Vintage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vectran Vintage shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Due to the nature of the business, there is the possibility that photographs on vectranvintage.com are not truly representative of the product you will receive. Please be aware that the product you receive may differ slightly from the graphics and photographs on site. This will normally only be a slight variation which has escaped the attention of Vectran Vintage, or is a result of graphic reproduction limitations, and should not affect the functionality or use of the product. 

Termination: These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vectran Vintage without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. 

Notice: Vectran Vintage may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Vectran Vintage. 

Use of Site: Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Vectran Vintage or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Vectran Vintage is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. Third-Party Links: In an attempt to provide increased value to visitors, Vectran Vintage may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Vectran Vintage, Vectran Vintage has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Vectran Vintage. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Vectran Vintage seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). 

Goods Sold: All Items sold By Vectran Vintage are owned by Vectran Vintage.  

Returns: Contact sales@vectranvintage.com or call 07842 775032 in the first instance. 

Returning unwanted goods: Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. 

Refunds for unwanted goods: Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unmodified, unopened and re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.   Return carriage at customers cost.

Returning goods for an exchange: When returning goods for exchange when items have been ordered incorrectly, fees for return will be charged at cost. Where free postage is offered only the initial order is subject to free postage. 

Returning pre-packaged goods: When dealing with products that have been pre-packaged by the original supplier,  for example New Old Stock items and said packaging must be removed to allow access to the product, please ensure all packaging is re-sealed and shows no signs of tampering (if in doubt, please leave unsealed) - any product returned with heavily damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange as it is no longer re-saleable. 

Return of Faulty Goods or incorrectly Dispatched Goods: Providing that goods are received by us within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods and any incurred Returned Postage Costs. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. 

Vectran Vintage will in every instance abide by and promote The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000 (DSRs) Vectran Vintage as a retailer cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse of a product, or a faulty product.  

  What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
